Notes
The Open Finish/Closed Finish
As with the all figures that end with Closed Finish, an Open Finish may be substituted without changing the Precedes or Follows. The figures following an Open Finish are begun Outside Partner, but are otherwise unchanged.
Exit Backwards
As with all Open and Closed Finishes, the Open Reverse Turn, Lady in Line may be followed with Back Corté, LF Rock, or Outside Swivel (Methods 1&2).
1-3 Open Reverse Turn
The Tango and Basic Principles lists 1-3 Open Reverse Turn, Lady in Line as a possible entry for the Reverse Pivot and RF Rocks. To our knowledge, there is no such option in the Ballroom Technique.
